3. XCEL provides 1 free complete design with drawings. After that, cost is $1500.
4. Project before April 2010, $5000 rebate to owner on North side who paid for line themselves.
After 2010, no fees or rebates, no additional costs.
5. Ball Park Costs:
- Down Greenbriar into Silver Plume: $69,000
- Easement access - $20-30K
- + cost from street to your house (appx $100/ft of pipe)
6. Feasibility
- 10 houses participating; $3000-$5000/house (payback 2-5 years)
- 5 houses participating ; $6000-10,000/house (payback 4-10 years)
7. Suggested Plan
- Get a list of all possible interested houses, with levels of seriousness.
- If there are 5 serious households, recommend getting XCEL complete design and cost.
