Roof Shingles
As a convenience to association members, the ARC maintains a list of pre-approved shingle colors that comply with the Shanahan Ridge Four covenants. While these colors are pre-approved, notifying the ARC of your choice is still required prior to re-roofing so that our records can be kept current.
If you’d like to use a shingle that doesn’t appear on this list, you must submit your selection to the architectural review committee for approval. If the ARC decides the shingle complies with our covenants, your choice will be approved and it will be added to this list.
