The assessment for calendar year 2018 is $330.00. Assessment due date: March 31, 2018.

Payment is due no later than March 31st. Collecting the assessment by this date helps provide the HOA with cash during the months we incur the most expenses and pay the most bills. Late payments will result in a $10 monthly late fee, until payment is received, and may result in a lien being filed on your property.

The assessment for calendar year 2017 was $330.00.
The assessment for calendar year 2016 was $330.00.
The assessment for calendar year 2015 was $310.00.
The assessment for calendar year 2014 was $310.00.
The assessment for calendar year 2013 was $310.00.
The assessment for calendar year 2012 was $310.00.
The assessment for calendar year 2011 was $290.00.
The assessment for calendar year 2010 was $290.00.
The assessment for calendar year 2009 was $253.00.
The assessment for calendar year 2008 was $253.00.
The assessment for calendar year 2007 was $220.00.

What does the assessment fee get used for?
Your assessment pays 1/58th of the expenses incurred by the Silver Plume neighborhood, including, but not limited to:

  1. maintenance of our common areas
  2. landscaping, mowing, and weeding the Greenbriar median, walking paths, and parking islands
  3. maintaining the common area fences & trees
  4. snow removal (when necessary)
  5. neighborhood events such as the spring cleanup, garage sale, block party
  6. sidewalk repair
  7. perimeter fence maintenance
