Parking
The parking islands on Silver Plume are for the use of residents and guests only. They are not for storage of rarely driven or purely recreational vehicles. For more information on parking, see our Policies and Guidelines document under Governing Documents.

Snow Removal
SR4’s landscape maintenance company clears our common area sidewalks when it snows. That means they clear snow from the parking island walks in addition to the sidewalk along Greenbriar and the feeder walks that connect our property to adjacent subdivisions.

Per City of Boulder requirements, the sidewalk in front of your house remains yours to clear within 24 hours following a snowfall. For everyone’s safety, please try to do that promptly to avoid ice build-up on our neighborhood walks.

Street plowing by a private contractor is prohibited by City of Boulder code, so we do not contract for that service. For more information about snow removal in Boulder, see this page. If there is a big snowfall that makes driving difficult on Silver Plume, please register a request for plowing through Inquire Boulder. The more of us they hear from, the faster they’ll be here. And in 2023, the City is seeking community input on their snow removal program — look for the Snow and Ice Response Review questionnaire here. The City is accepting a first round of input through March 17, 2023, and there will be additional opportunities for input later in the year

If you know of any other street problems in our neighborhood, you can report them to the city directly by calling 303-441-3200. Or, you can report maintenance problems to city here.
