Fees & Payments
The assessment for calendar year 2008 is $253.00. Assessment due date: June 30, 2008.
In 2008 and in subsequent years, payment is due no later than June 30th. Collecting the assessment by July helps provide the HOA with cash during the months we incur the most expenses and pay the most bills. Late payment will result in interest charges and may result in a lien being filed on your property.
The assessment for calendar year 2007 was $220.00.
What does the assessment fee get used for?
Your assessment pays 1/58th of the expenses incurred by th Silver plume neighborhood, including, but not limited to:
- maintenance of our common areas
- landscaping, mowing, and weeding the Greenbriar median, walking paths, and parking islands
- maintaining the common area fences & trees
- snow removal (when necessary)
- neighborhood events such as the spring cleanup, garage sale, block party
- sidewalk repair
